The becoming of Mirāsa was no coincidence. It was destiny. Born to jeweller parents in ’98, Sakshi often quips on having mastered the 4Cs before her ABCs. When it was time to decide who she wants to be, she chose journalism – a path that explains why all her conversations often turn into interviews. Life, on the other hand, had different plans. In mid-2022 after 10 days at a silent meditation retreat, she joined her family‘s fine jewelry business. Mirāsa (meaning ‘legacy’ in Arabic) is a homage to this very legacy and learning passed down to her.
